Room had amazing views of the snow capped mountains, the park and the lake. "This was such a cool and lovely hotel to stay in. My son ended up having an allergic reaction to something unknown at breakfast, and rather than trying to turn away and ignore it, everyone from the server to the front desk staff jumped to attention and did everything they could to help figure out what might have happened. All the staff seem genuinely happy to be there. They were so helpful with guiding us on renting e-bikes and their price for renting e-bikes at the hotel can't be beat. We want to come back and stay for longer after our wonderful experience with them!"

"Great location near lake. You have to go to another hotel for check in/out which was inconvenient with luggage since we were not driving. Dining, grocery, and shopping nearby. Noisy in the evening outside"
