Spacious log home located on 5 acres close to Pringle,, Custer State Park, Wind Cave and Hot Springs .Our home is set on a scenic meadow completely surrounded by hundreds of acres of the Black Hills National Forest.

Newly remodeled log home with an open floor plan, loft with 3 rooms, 2 King beds and 2 twin beds. Bedrooms do not have doors, please look at photos. 2 Queen pull out couches on main floor. Lounger and cuddler chair. Extra large electric air mattresses if needed. This home could easily sleep 14 with the air mattresses.

Great room has 70 inch Smart TV with Neflex for your enjoyment. Just added an outdoor Sauna. For inside fun: Pool table, foosball table, Pinball , Darts, and a bowling machine, internet, computer , printer and phone. Patio's all around house with comfortable seating. Deck off of main bedroom in loft to sit and have your morning coffee while you watch the deer roam. We counted 16 deer one evening in site at one time.

Gas fireplace as well as wood fireplace. Bathroom with shower in loft and also on main floor.

Cabin is completely furnished with everything you could possibly need, Toaster, Coffee and Keurig provided. Dishes, towels, shampoo, soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, kleenex and many other amenities provided.Washer and Dryer. Hair dryer and Curling iron in each bathroom, Dining room table seats 8 to 10.Breakfast bar seats 2.

Perfect for a Family Get Together, Corporate Retreats, Base Camp on Vacation, Hunters, bikers etc! This is a non smoking home. Smoking of course is allowed on patios. Patio furniture on all patios , gas grill provided. .
Sept is the buffalo roundup with a 2 day arts festival.

Great family getaway
Jade Pines as a great fit for my extended family. Nine of us felt right at home and the location was the perfect out-of-the-way basecamp for exploring Mt. Rushmore, Jewel Cave and Custer State Park. We encountered the largest bison herd I've ever seen while driving the Custer Wildlife Loop. Unfortunately during our stay both pinball machines and the shuffleboard bowling game were out of order. A big disappointment for us as the games were a major factor in our selection of Jade Pines. A couple of us enjoyed the sauna and took advantage of the bicycles in the garage. We did a fair amount of cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. Cookware and cooking utensils weren't of great quality, but that's to be expected at a rental property. There were plenty of dishes for our larger group, and plenty of bedding and bath towels as well. When we had questions Patrick was responsive and friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Spacious cabin with Cozy family atmosphere
It was a wonderful experience and environment in a beautiful quiet setting. It was located nicely for ample day trips. We were very disappointed that the pinball and bowling machines were not in working order, but we had a wonderful time playing pool, darts, corn hole and in the sauna. There were so many thoughtful touches that made us feel warm and welcomed.

Great Family Time!
We brought our family to Jade Pines for 5 days. Our kids are 10, 12, and 15. The cabin was even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was peaceful and relaxing. Half of the arcade games did not work but we were still entertained with the dart board, foosball, and other activities. The best part was the front porch where we spent most our time enjoying nature. The host was great and even let us extend our stay by one night. This was my favorite cabin we have stayed at! There were no doors but the cabin is quiet and it wasn’t a big deal.

Wonderful Cabin Near Mount Rushmore!
My husband and our four children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jade Pines! The cabin was conveniently located next to all of the major attractions - Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer National Park. The cabin was clean, had all of the amenities and the owners were very communicative. Best part - after a long day of site seeing and exploring, my husband and I could relax while the kids were thoroughly entertained by all of the games in the cabin - pool table, foosball, pin ball machines, darts, etc. Highly recommend staying at Jade Pines!!

We were pleasantly surprised how well stocked this property was. Every amenity was carefully thought of. We enjoyed the arcade games and sauna. The speedy WiFi is so nice with very limited cell service. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfort, entertainment, and lots of space
Great home for a comfortable family stay. Lots of entertainment with the games, variety of outdoor spaces for fresh air and sun, quiet neighborhood is the perfect central location to all the area attractions. The only thing renters should be aware of is all sleeping quarters are upstairs so if you have anyone who struggles with steps, they will be on a pull-out sofa on main level. Also, none of the bedrooms have four walls/privacy - they are partitioned loft space. It was no big deal for us. In fact, it was ideal because our younger children could see where mom and dad were if/when they woke in the night, which alleviates their discomfort in a new environment. Overall we had a wonderful time and would happily stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again. The home was clean and very well appointed. We cooked supper there every night and they had everything we needed. The grill was great to have. The kids, and adults, all loved the pinball machines and other games. It is close to Custer Wildlife loop and Mount Rushmore.

We just returned from a week's stay at Jade Pines. The cabin is fantastic for families! We really liked the feature of the loft bedrooms! We all enjoyed coming home from a day's adventure with the option of playing with the pinball & bowling machines, the dart board & playing pool! The cabin is in a beautiful location with the ability to see a beautiful sunrise every morning! Patrick, the property owner, was very quick with responding to any questions we had. We would recommend this cabin to anyone who is interested in planning a vacation in South Dakota!

It was our first stay at Jade Pines and it was a very good decision. Very nice property and great location for activities in the southern Black Hills. Just minutes from Custer State Park and Wind Cave National Park as well as Crazy Horse Monument. Deer every morning in meadow in front of patio as we had our morning coffee. We were blessed with great weather but a spacious home in case one may need to be in doors because of inclement weather. We would highly recommend a stay at Jade Pines if you are spending time in the Custer area.
