Spacious Log Home Retreat in the Heart of the Black Hills

We do have a sauna but no waterpark. For some reason they put that in the headline and I can't remove it.

Escape to our stunning log home, set on 5 picturesque acres in the breathtaking Black Hills. Just a short distance away from Pringle, Custer, Rapid City, and renowned attractions like Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument, Wind Cave, and Hot Springs, our home offers a serene retreat for families, groups, and nature enthusiasts alike, surrounded by hundreds of acres of the Black Hills National Forest.Accommodation Features:

Open Floor Plan:
Enjoy a spacious layout featuring a loft with three sleeping areas separated by partial walls, no doors (please see our photos). Not for those that need absolute privacy. The sleeping arrangements include:2 King Beds, 2 Twin Beds, 2 Queen Pull-Out Couches on the main floor. Additional extra-large electric air mattresses available if needed.

Comfort & Entertainment:
The great room boasts a 70-inch Smart TV with Netflix for your viewing pleasure. A newly added outdoor sauna offers a unique relaxation experience. Kids will enjoy our coin-operated mechanical horse, while adults can relish indoor entertainment options, including:Pool Table, Foosball Table, Pinball Machine. Darts, Bean Bag Game. Bowling Machine, Internet access, computer, printer, and phone for your convenience,

Outdoor Bliss:
Multiple patios surround the house, equipped with comfortable seating to soak in the serene surroundings. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck off the main bedroom loft while watching deer roam—one evening, we counted 16 at once!

Cozy Ambiance:
The home features both a gas fireplace and a wood fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. Firewood is provided. Bathrooms with showers are conveniently located in both the loft and on the main floor.

Fully Furnished:
Our cabin is equipped with everything you’ll need, including:Toaster, Coffee Maker, and Keurig. Full set of dishes and utensils,Towels, shampoo, soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and Kleenex. Washer and DryerHairdryer and curling iron in each bathroom. Dining room table that seats 8-10 and a breakfast bar for 2, Perfect for Every Occasion

For added convenience, we’ve left bicycles in the garage for those looking to explore the area or get some exercise, along with an air compressor in case any tires need air. This home caters to a variety of gatherings, including family get-togethers, corporate retreats, and base camps for vacationers, hunters, and bikers. We maintain a smoke-free environment, with smoking permitted on the patios. Enjoy our provided patio furniture and gas grill for delightful outdoor gatherings

It was a great cabin, it had everything for any age. It was beautiful inside & out. Having the wildlife in the yard every morning was amazing. The house had everything you could need. The beds were comfy, plenty of pillows and blankets for those cold nights. Instructions were clearly posted on all the appliances and light switches. The house and the area were quiet and serene. Would definitely recommend staying here. The main attractions aren't far away and the drive is scenic and peaceful.

We had the best time at the Jade Pines home! So much thought went into everything in the home. There were plenty of games for the children, as well as a sauna and relaxing patio areas for the adults. The area was also perfect for a nice bike ride with the kiddos! This is where we would love to stay next time we visit SD!

Great homebase for Black Hills trip!

Our family of 6 found this place be excellent! We were so busy out and about most days, this cabin offered a great place to relax in the evenings. One day it was rainy, but that was OK as that was some nice "cabin time" too! The property is clean and well maintained, and the owners were very pleasant to communicate with. The location is a little ways out of the hustle and bustle, and that was so nice for having peace and quiet in the middle of a forest meadow.

Patrick and Susan thought of everything! The cabin it's self is fantastic and beautiful. Plenty of towels, kitchen is stocked, lots to do! My teenage boys were totally entertained! Great beds! Highly recommend.

Wonderful retreat!

Our stay at Jade Pines was so enjoyable! Everything you need is there to have fun, and to relax! We played the many games, sleep great on the comfy beds, then watched the deer in the morning. All this in one very central spot to all the major attractions on the area! Highly recommend to anyone looking to see the sights in South Dakota!

Spacious cabin with Cozy family atmosphere

It was a wonderful experience and environment in a beautiful quiet setting. It was located nicely for ample day trips. We were very disappointed that the pinball and bowling machines were not in working order, but we had a wonderful time playing pool, darts, corn hole and in the sauna. There were so many thoughtful touches that made us feel warm and welcomed.

We really enjoyed the community feel of the place. Very open floor plan. Lots of games. Excellent number of dishes available. The view is fantastic. Very good location!
