Ótima localização!!

Hotel muito bem localizado, da para ir andando aos principais pontos turísticos. Quarto básico duplo é um quarto grande, com cama bastante confortável e espaçosa. Chuveiro também é gostoso e quentinho. Funcionários bastante prestativos, principalmente o funcionário da recepção que ficava de tarde/noite. Apenas achamos o café da manhã com poucos itens.

Everything was very good, but bathroom needs to be updated. The guy at the front desk was very kind and watched our luggage after checkout, he was always with a smile and willing to make sure our stay was pleasant.

We enjoy our stay at this place, due to the good service from the staff, their kindness, attentiveness, and professionality, from Luz, Santos, Freddy. The breakfast was good, the information they provide us also, we all loved the hot infusions offered to us, the good central location. It was something we did not like, the cold nights as the lack of heating during the night. They lack coordination with the taxis services when we have arrived to the airport we were on our own trying to find a taxi, it was the same at the time we left the place. They have to offer a better service to pick up and drop off from the airport their clients.

La habitación era muy diferente a como lo mostraba en las fotos, daba apariencia de viejo y tengo la idea (no estoy seguro) que no cambian las sabanas. Estábamos muy cansados y ya no destendimos camas, mejor. El área en donde se encuentra esta cerca del centro pero es muy ruidosa y no muy segura, según mi percepción. Al pagar querían cobrar el 5% por pagar con tarjeta.

Producto caro para el servicio recibido.

El personal de servicio muy atentos, pero al llegar no había agua caliente, faltaron toallas y el ruido tanto de otros usuarios hospedados como desde la calle, era insoportable.

Nice team attending

Receptionist were very helpful for getting some bus tickets for us. It was a small room but we just slept tiene, since it was our departure point for some excursions. Close to Main Plaza and a little supermarket.

Great Hotel With Excellent Staff

The entire staff is what made my stay worthwhile. Everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful. The staff is very genuine and they wanted to make sure my stay was pleasant at all times while also ensuring I made the most out of my trip. The rooms are small much like most other hotels in Cusco but it was perfect for my guest and I. My room did not face the street so it was also very quiet.
