Very basic hostal. Not a hotel. Also be aware that there is no elevator. Being right near the Main Street, it can get very noisy at night. No towels or bath amenities provided. Basic a bed, shower, and toilet. Was perfect for my needs and you can’t beat the price.

It’s a terrible hotel, dirty, the people is not gentile, don’t clean the rooms, looks like prostitutes hotel. Was a terrible experience. I think you should not promote this hotel. What is in the pictures is lier. Horrible experience I never thought that Orbitz will promote this kind of hotels.

They charge me 3x 1st said I only paid half asking for another 130soles when I already paid whole amount on Expedia then ask to cancel booking and book directly so I did and now they charge me twice said 1st transaction did not go through but 2 charges made

The staff that were present for my stay were absolutely fantastic, they were very friendly and very kind and did their best to help me problem solve. However the management overcharged me for my stay and Expedia has not been able to help me resolve that problem, and the hotel itself was substandard. It was very difficult to find from the street (no sign with the actual name outside) and the hallways and my room were not at all clean. Additionally the door to my room was not secure and the windows did not close properly, meaning that when temperatures dropped during the night everything was freezing cold and I was only provided with one extra blanket for the bed.

Quand je suis arrivée, on voulait me faire payer la chambre. Or, j'avais déjà payé lors de la réservation. La chambre était super grande, c'était génial. Mais il y a un bar en dessous, donc plus difficile pour se coucher tôt. Le lendemain, au check out, on a encore voulu me faire payer la chambre... La personne a été très gentille, j'ai pu laissé mes bagages toute la journée jusqu'au soir après le check out.
