"I would definitely recommend the Residencial Belle Maison to anyone who wants an enjoyable and memorable stay. Vilma and her husband are definitely the most caring people I have ever met, I give this hotel a five-star review for their services and cleanliness."
"Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast included. But facility is a bit old, hot water is very small, bathroom needs big improvement. Towel looks old and not clean, hard to use."
"This hotel was nice, clean, friendly and accommodating. They held our bags for 4 days while we hiked the Incan Trail. They have laundry service and a could breakfast buffet. The staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel is so close to the plaza de Armas and Qorikancha great location in the heart of Cusco."

"The atmosphere of the hotel feels like a warm embrace. Victor, the owner, is friendly and easy to talk to in both English and Spanish, as are all the workers. If you have any early morning excursions, they’ll prepare you a breakfast to go. The breakfast is both filling and healthy, so you won’t feel bloated. The rooms are spacious, clean, and homey. The cherry on top is that the hotel is only a 15–30 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas, depending on your pace. When I return to Cusco, I’ll be sure to stay here again, my Peruvian home away from home."
"Well-kept hotel with a great breakfast and attentive staff. It was a bit of a walk to the main area so access to restaurants required a bit of a walk. Rooms were large and clean but could get a bit stuffy… we opened the large window for a nice breeze but at the expense of noisy traffic we overlooked the main road. Overall an enjoyable stay!"
"The space was clean and airy. It was nice to share a king sized bed after a few weeks of travelling. There were nice touches like complimentary chocolaty treats. There were a lot of included items like personal bug spray, toiletries, etc. though thoughtful, I worry about potential waste overall with these features (for example we did not need any of these). The breakfast was really wonderful. There were a lot of programs offered during the day that we did not take advantage of because of our short stay. Overall, a few min walk off the main strip but that was ok by us. Union provided everything we needed! "
"The location is excellent for travelers without vehicles. The San Pedro market is just outside. The breakfast had a wide range of options including many local fruits. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again."
"The hotel is gorgeous. The service is impeccable the staff is amazing. We travel the world...never, never such a great combination of always smiling staff ready to assist even if the problems is not theirs.
Highly recommend. "
"The people were amazing with us!!! Súper friendly and polite
The Hotel is super centric, a block away from the Qoricancha, 4 blocks away from the main Central Plaza, full of restaurants and alive."
"We have stayed here twice and would again. The location is fantastic: near the square but with less noise and near some fantastic restaurants. The rooms are spacious and charming, but also clean and have everything you need plus some extra comfort and luxury like large tubs, facial tissues, etc. The breakfast is also great. Most of all, the staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. They are a major part of why we would recommend it!"
