"Perfect location! steps from stores and places to eat. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast spread wonderful. Front desk staff friendly, and professional. Roger, at the front desk was very supportive in helping me navigate last minute changes to my reservation. Will definitely stay there again!"

"The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Alever, who was very helpful and even took me to the lake. The food was excellent, and overall, the hotel was a decent stay. However, it’s not the most accessible for individuals with disabilities unless you book one of the larger rooms, which I highly recommend. The upgraded rooms are spacious, comfortable, and better than most I’ve experienced. I initially had issues with my first room, but the staff went above and beyond to resolve it and provided me with an upgrade. When I return to El Salvador, I’ll be staying here again. The location is stunning, and the views are breathtaking."
