"The night we checked in we were given a 2nd floor room. Both of us needed assistance and my roommate was on a walker. There was no elevator and no one to help us. We asked about perhaps switching rooms with someone who had checked in before us. There were 3 people ahead of us the older receptionist said she couldn’t do that and was not helpful at all. Finally she reluctantly asked the van driver to help us and he did. She also stated she couldn’t guarantee there would be anyone to help us in the morning. She didn’t advise of the bar, food or breakfast buffet. The next morning a very helpful front desk person had maintenance help us with our bags. We spotted the sign for the breakfast buffet as we were going to try to go across the street to McDonalds. I would not recommend solely based on the attitude of the receptionist at the front desk at check-in. I thought the name Ramada stood for something."

"It was a clean place to lay my head. I'm upper middle class Chicago, & I wasn't discussed or anything, but I wasn't excited either to bring others who chose different arrangements here either! I was content, & this is suitable arrangements for above board in & out in a few days type activities!"

"This is hands down the worse hotel I have stayed at. Property smelled like dog/human piss and weed all down the hallways. Rooms have questionable fluids on the walls. Wall a/c was terrible even after changing rooms from one that the a/c was just a fan. I don't know how anyone trusted this hotel with the free breakfast they offered. If they dont maintain their rooms why do you think their kitchens are clean. Elevators were dirty and shook anytime you stepped in them. Tv also didn't work, played sound but no visuals. Honestly if you are desperate that room was only worth $50 dollars a night to keep you off the streets and sadly i paid $100 for a night. Disgrace of a La Quinta inn."

"Very clean…very secure…greeted well by staff…room options awesome….free laundry machine and dryer. Have a little store in side to pick up snacks, beverages laundry soap…free coffee….and coffee is so good! Well priced. Outdoor pool kept clean…have a grill free of use outside. If long stay in Miami…would be the choice!!! Seriously the best hotel we have visited. If go to Miami again…will be the hotel…100%!!!! P.s.—close to Miami Intl airport. Free shuttle… I mean wow! Oh…and Ubers are everywhere…we literally booked and driver was there in 3 minutes. Barely had time to walk down to get in. 🙂"

"The shuttle is shared with sister hotels. From the airport to the hotel, the wait wasn’t terrible. The shuttle from the hotel to the cruise pier was a mess. I was asked to switch my time and when arriving at the sister hotel was told that MY hotel couldn’t do that and they had no idea what was going on. The man was rude and very unhelpful. We were made to stand in the rain and because my time was moved I wasn’t even guaranteed a spot on the shuttle. I ended up sharing an uber with another guest who was treated very poorly."
