"Double bed room was huge. Room was clean. Coffee maker only worked for one cup (I could have asked for a new one, but it wasn't worth it) Our biggest downside was that we couldn't find an elevator. We had to use the stairs, which is no problem, except for the fact that they are uncovered and it was pouring. Other than that, it was a nice stay for the price."

" The hotel looks nice from the outside, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t match. The issues started with the elevator. One of them would not close on its own—I literally had to hold the “close door” button the entire time just to get it to move. Otherwise, it would keep opening over and over, which was frustrating and inconvenient. When I got to my room, things didn’t improve. There were no washcloths, and there were visible dirty spots around the room. The sheets didn’t feel clean, which is a big concern. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned—the tub had residue and what looked like dirt around it. There was also only one usable outlet, which made it difficult to charge devices. I’m not sure if I got a lower-quality room because I checked in late, but cleanliness and basic functionality should be consistent "
