"We booked Agriturismo Alto Venda at 7:30 PM while traveling in Italy from Costa Rica. Without constant cellular data, we went directly to the hotel, arriving around 8 PM, only to find it completely shut down. With the help of a local, we contacted the hotel and were told check-in was before 6 PM, something we were never informed about during booking.
