"We disliked,the loudness of the music from the bar area. It seemed to be being played for the staff as it was observable from our room that there were no customers from time to time. The loudness, up to 10pm, showed scant regard for people staying at the hotel. We don’t suggest it be turned off but that reasonableness leads to it being turned down to an acceptable level that does not overly annoy others staying at the Sebel."

"The apartment is modern, clean and tidy and I would rate it 'good' but not 'great' which it potentially could be with some minor improvements - better furniture, some wall art, some decoration (any) touches to make it more homely and less sterile for example. There are views of the ocean and beach, albeit slightly obstructed by the sports field seating/roof across the road and all other facilities are as described. The second bedroom now has sliding plantation shutters to form a wall and door....

"Town house in cul-de-sac, very clean, good sized living space, garage with internal access, 3 bedrooms upstairs. Very comfortable space, comfortable beds. Location is just off the highway and easy walk to dog beach. No outdoor living, but close proximity to central Kiama."

"Well located in the centre of everything. Under cover parking included within metres of the accommodation. 2 spacious bedrooms & room clean. Quiet. 400 metres from the Beach. Had a great stay. Would stay again. Lots of places to eat only minutes walk away."

"Convenient for a day stay over in town. Wished there was a ramp as there are a bunch of stairs to enter the reception area and I didn’t park in the garage. Basic 1 bedder room with huge balcony area, living room could be a bit better and looked a bit uninviting, place was very clean bedroom and shower pressure was good. "
