"I was scheduled to stay just one night, but due to the cancellation of my cruise, I stayed an additional night. They were extremely helpful. I was able to use their phone (toll free) and make arrangements with their assistance. They offered a warm, caring atmosphere in my time of stress. Andry, the day manager, and Andre, the Manager/Owner were the BEST! I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance."

"The description on the website says 2 twin beds. I got one twin bed and a very very small room. Whereas the husband of the couple running the place was friendly and helpful, the wife makes one feel incredibly unwelcome. She did the following: upon arrival I was informed they didn't know about my reservation (made a month in advance) and they also didn't agree with the price for my booking made through hotels com. "This hotel was more like staying at the home of an elegant friend. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave!! The staff is superb, especially Camila and Rente. There are restaurants and markets just around the corner and the neighborhood is safe and classy. I look forward to going again!!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff/owner. The place has a cosy hostel like atmosphere (without being a hostel of course). Nice neighborhood too with some bars/cafes/restaurants. Not too far from metro station."

"The house is quite tidy and the owner and employees rather nice. The room was clean, but could well be painted at some places like the bathroom door and outside walls of the house. Allover a very nice experience."
