"The house itself is great, a little rundown, and in desperate need of upgrades and maintenance (4 out of 6 lights were out in one of the bathrooms). The amenities list a pool or pool access at a neighboring property, it was simply just crossed out in the guide, and we had no pool access. The washer didn’t work, and noone communicated back with us on whether it got fixed after we brought it to their attention. The TV provider hadn’t been paid, so the TV didn’t work. "We loved it!!! Excellent stay in every aspect of the word. All the amenities and the staff were amazing. From the moment you walk into the resort ALEXIS makes you feel at home. Very nice and kind gentleman with a very warm personality. He goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. THALIA makes check in a very nice and smooth experience. (No complains from any of the staff…. Martina, Jorge, Chris , etc. Everyone was very nice and helpful). The resort is amazing, super clean, safe, food was delicious. Our experience at Renaissance Curaçao was nothing short of perfect from beginning to end. Everything was DUSHI ❤️"
