"Excelente, si quieres estar a distancia caminando este Hotel es el lugar"

"Highly recommend"

"Repeated loud banging noises, apparently from the plumbing, made it nearly impossible to sleep. I woke up several times and felt exhausted the next morning. A restful night is a basic expectation of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met. Unless this issue is resolved, I would be reluctant to stay here again."

"I loved this lovely oasis in the craziness of busy Gatlinburg.. Staff was incredibly helpful.. Parking was a a huge +. the traffic was backed up most of the day so getting in and out presented some challenges, but the trolley stopped at the hotel and that was a game changer. Restaurant is delicious . the porch over the river.. was heaven"

"Excelente"

"It’s good place to visit downtown Gatlinburg."

"Had an excellent view of the city from the 15th floor. Very convenient to be able to catch a trolley at the door. Hotel dining was really good."

"Sweet little clean hotel. It has all the amenities you need. However, something that was very misleading is the fact that they advertise breakfast, when they really do not provide much. They barely had any breakfast available, first come first serve. Just some dry cereal and pre-packaged muffins, not even bagels or bread were available. Besides that good hotel over all."

"The property was clean and taken care of"

"Breakfast was a bust. Hot tub was closed. Shower needs updated"

"Sitting on the balcony to listening to and watch the river was very pleasant. The street noise was unavoidable and the garage parking situation was also unavoidable but was available."

"We really liked location, just a short walk from the parkway, nice balcony overlooking creek. We saw two bears there.Breakfast was ok,just a basic hotel breakfast.Only bad thing was the pillows.Bed was comfortable, bud pillows were horrible.Bring your own if you’re staying here."

"The room was clean but there were a few very small items that needed to be addressed but could also just be the age of the hotel. The staff was helpful and we really appreciated how helpful and welcoming the manager was. She noticed us sitting outside one evening and came out and turned the fire pit on for us to enjoy. We will definitely be back. The location is perfect! You can walk to everything."

"I enjoyed the location and the theme. When at the lodge no strip noise. It was peaceful. The room was perfectly themed. Loved the fire place and the reading chair. Only hiccup was the broken elevator and carrying luggage to the 3rd floor. If not for that would have been excellent rating all around. Love it would definitely stay again."
