"The location is pretty central with decent choice of fast food within walking distance. The room was clean; however, the rooms were listed as non-smoking but had a strong smell of smoke. The bathroom also had an odd odor to it and I had to keep the door closed most of the stay. The walls are thin as others have said, but my neighbor was considerate with TV noise once it was later at night. The walking noise can be loud, but that's to be expected. "I like that the property is located right off the Los Gatos Creek Trail where I was able to go for a daily walk. It's also very close to downtown Campbell and the Pruneyard, both places for shopping and dining with multiple very good options. The only downside is that it is right next to the freeway. Fortunately, the rooms are faced in and away from the freeway, and there weren't any windows on the freeway side of the building. Overall, a very good place to stay. I'm going back next week!"

"Looked a little rough at first but ended up being a nice experience. There are a few good restaurants just around the corner and a couple coffee shops. Also convenient for the SAP center and the convention center, a 10 min. Walk to SAP and 20 to the Convention Center."

"I don’t usually do those reviews, but this hotel should not be in business, their sheets and towels are so worn out and dirty that they might be a biohazard, they probably have not been replaced for decades, carpets are filthy, so is the coach. Some people actually have arrangements to live there and they were cooking outside, there was also an extremely old car being fixed under a tent outside"
