"The Plaza Hotel met my expectation and it was fitting to the description before booking. I am surprised that the atrium style breakfast place is not promoted enough. All room access is securely protected by the use of cards to operate the lift. Rooms are cleaned and tidied with water provided. The rooms were immaculate in size amenities provided were of good standards. The staff were approachable and friendly."

"Big areas of black mould around the bathroom tiles, couple of holes that had been patched up, not good on the eye, towels only changed once on a three night stay and had to ask for toilet paper"

"Love the hotel. Every trip to Ireland we stay at a Clayton and love it. Clean, friendly staff as well as helpful. 10/10 recommend."

"The hotel was nice, however we were at the front of the hotel and it was quite noisy for a long time last night. The window didn't close properly so this didn't help. The room was nice and clean. A bottle of water in the room would have been good. Staff at reception were lovely and very helpful and the restaurant staff were very helpful. Thanks and yes I would stay here again"

"Lovely"

"I booked this hotel because we had a flight out of Dublin the next morning. This hotel is nit direct access from the motorway. While the outside and lobby look nice, the room was okay with a broken fan (no A/C) and the tv would not access any channels. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant in which we ate dinner"

"We loved this hotel. Great neighborhood and everything was very new. E week stay here next time in Dublin. Loved it."

"Nice spacious rooms with comfortable beds and directly hot water in the shower in the bathroom. Good breakfast in a breakfasroom with splendid views over the golfcourse and surrounding hills."

"Got a family room, plenty of room and very clean. Breakfast choice was great - recommend the self serve Full Irish Breakfast. Pool was nice and wonderful walks around Killiney Hill. Would stay again."

"It is a good hotel overall"

"Firstly, the Hotel is very nice and the staff are absolutely amazing, the breakfast is delicious and the Globe restaurant has great food...the only problem I found was the constant door slammings every few minutes and the screeching of furniture on the wooden floors...it makes for a less calm environment for which a hotel should offer people."

"I really like the location"

"We love the Rochestown Hotel in Dun Loagherie. This is our second year in a row of using it as a home base near my aunt and uncle. We also love being within walking distance of Forty Foot beach access and the ability to swim with other open water swimmers. This is the cleanest hotel we have stayed in for along time. We were on a 20 day vacation and stayed in over 10 places and this is by far the best place we have been this year. The bed was comfy, the room very clean and spacious,...

"We have stayed at Clontarf Castle several times, usually the day or two before we fly home to the USA, since it is near the Dublin airport. The Clontarf neighborhood is a lovely part of Dublin, with good transit downtown. It is also near many interesting places that are within about an hour's drive or less north of Dublin, such as Malahide Castle and town, the Newgrange prehistoric passage tombs (get tickets in advance), and the Monasterboices monastic site with its famous high crosses. ...

"What a great first stay! Everything was effortless."

"Room was big, I will give that, but that is about it. The bed was the most atrocious bed I have slept on, collapsing to the side and hard! Pillow was just a slim and superflat pillow which looked more like a cushion than a pillow. Bathroom could do with some TLC as a lot of mould was in the shower. Reception is on the third floor, meaning you have to climb three floors and escalators with absolutely nothing, empty spaces completely non utilised, why????Overall, incredibly underwhelming...
