One thing to note is the place is managed by a rental agency. This requires you to sign a contract and pick up and drop off keys at their office, which is about a mile away. "This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer.
