"Communication with host was not helpful at all Unit was guaranteed on ground floor and they had to go up 4 stairs and down 10 construction stairs. No wheelchair accessibility. Mold in shower. 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 2 days. 2 towels no facecloths. Code didnt work on door. Maintenance man or neighbour had to help them get in & out. I would like my money back. It was a total disaster. "

"Overall a great place to stay! Bed very comfy. Lots of kitchen supplies. Comes with a supply of condiments, tea, sugar etc. There are some games as well. A lot to do in the area and the property grounds are nice. There is a bit of mold at the caulking of the shower which is the only con. If going to use the pool or hot tub I would bring an older bathing suit as it is a public pool so it is very chlorinated "

"We had just what we need for a couple day stay. Bed was super comfortable, loved having the outside deck to sit outside, was great having an indoor and outdoor pool, gym and fire pit area available. People around the resort were friendly and would definitely stay here again."

"The bathroom door would not stay close, could not lock. Front door did not fit the space and you could see out into the lobby. There was mold and mildew in all the windows. Mold in the shower. Found a t-shirt that was left by someone else behind the bed. Door code they gave us was incorrect. It was the same code used as the the door to walk into the lobby. Recreation centre was not open. It was not informed on the website and owner it was not in use. When it says on the ad that it’s available...

"This was the perfect location with lots of amenities. Very clean, lots of light, back deck with Muskoka chairs provides some privacy with a tree lined path. Bbq right beside our unit. "We had an amazing weekend here. The place was nice and clean and the host was very kind. The kids had a blast with all the toys and games available. I would definitely recommend to my friends. It was my first VRBO booking so naturally I was pretty anxious at first not hearing from them, but then once the check in information was provided, everything was nice and easy.
