"The property looks charming, easy to find being on the road into Hanmer and it's in a good position to walk to the pools and town. The room had everything we needed, was tasteful and the bed was very comfortable and warm (we were there start of winter). The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and looked after. "

"This was an awesome stay. The facilities around the property, gardens, tennis court and seating areas were fabulous. The room was well set up and clean. Location is great. Breakfast was a great bonus including mini pastries, pancakes, toast, cereal and filter coffee."

"The hosts were lovely and the unit was spacious and warm. A great shower and comfortable bed. Excellent location for walking to everything in Hamner. The only downside was the noisy neighbours in the unit next to us! Talking loudly early morning and late into the evening. We will go back to stay again however and hopefully have a quieter stay! "

"Absolutely lovely place to staying the hosts are the moat nices people. Room was gawjus, clean and tidy., i couldn't fault anything. We arrived late at night in the cold and when we got up to our room the heatpump was going and our room was warm and cozy. Id never stay anywhere apart from the St James in future. Highly recommend."
