"The front desk was rude and not helpful this is my 3rd IHG stay that was very disappointing.The property in Great Bend Ks was always wonderful but some of the other locations have not lived up to that expectation. I will never book again!"

"This was a fun, unique overnight site. The caboose was roomier than expected and very comfortable. It's design and decor were on point in keeping with a train line theme. "From the exterior of the building, I was thinking it wouldn't be good, However, I was pleasantly surprised that the inside had be updated. Lobby was acceptable, although it shares the space with the breakfast area. Pool was out of commission. The rooms were updated and clean. The shower was nice.
