"This property was one of the highlights of a wonderful two week driving trip around Scotland. It is located on a beautiful bay that faces west with otters and herons. The sunsets were spectacular. The town of Uig is well-located for highlights of sky like the Fairy Glen, the Quiriang, and Old Man of Storr. Comfortable bed, nice shower, delicious breakfasts at the nearby Uig Hotel. "

"Staying at Gleann an Ronnaich proved one of then highlights of my extended time in Scotland. The extra special touches made such a difference - a face-washer and shaving cream in the bathroom, very comfortable room & lounge area topped off by exquisitely crafted and cooked hot breakfast. Nothing seemed too much for the hosts, and close to town (Portree) too. Highly recommended!"

"Sue and Warren are excellent hosts! The room was well decorated and very comfortable! We were met by Sue who walked us through all of the room information. Breakfast was offered in the morning and it was delicious! Seriously our best stay in our whole time in Scotland!"

"This is a quiet, rural location near the ocean and accessed via single track. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Comfy bed. Breakfasts were varied and quite good. The hosts are super. You'll have to drive to find dining options but there are many within a 15-minute drive. "

"This was our favourite property in our 3 week visit to Ireland and Scotland. It wasn’t the fanciest but the property felt homey with some added extras that made it just perfect! "This house is fantastic. Our favorite property in our month long UK adventure. The house was very clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped. All the appliances worked and the kitchen was spacious and modern. The location in Uig was perfect. Close to the major sights we wanted to see. Skye roads can be challenging and we were so glad this property was easily accessible. Our favorite thing about this house were the spectacular views! We lived our stay here!"
