"There are just too many thing to list that we enjoyed. We booked this property for for Dads 80th Birthday supprise. The property more than catered for 19 of us with extrem comfort and space. The house and location was just beautiful with 4 acres of Garden to enjoy, along with the open water naterual swiming pond, out door eating area with wood fired Pizza oven and an amazing wood fire hot tub, just brilliant. "This townhouse is exactly as described. The location is superb--a very short distance to Quay-side restaurants and shops and also close to food markets, but very quiet! Rooms are comfortable and lots of space. There are 3 floors and stairs, so need to be comfortable with that. All the basic amenities, but no frills. Would be helpful to have more instructions on appliances for those of us from out of country. We would definitely stay here again--excellent place!"

Lots of lovely local walks - including to the coastal path, and information left at the property to help you find local places to visit. The owners of the property were very helpful and considerate and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be back!"

"We were looking for somewhere really quiet to spend time after Christmas and this really fitted the bill. Weather was terrible so we didn't make the most of the close proximity of Exmoor and the Quantocks, but the cottage is cosy and very well equipped, so we had a great rest in a lovely setting. We are a 3 generation family and this worked well for everyone. Plenty of communal space to spread out into, good central heating and a beautifully kept garden. "We needed a base in this area for family reasons and the position and configuration of the accommodation suited us perfectly. The yard setting may not be to everyone's taste but it brought clear memories of my childhood farmyard! My husband (in his eighties) found walking on the cobbles a bit difficult. "This spacious converted barn was perfect for our stay. Larger than it looks in the photos. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery. The hosts provided tea, milk and coffee supplies upon approval which was appreciated before going to a bigger shop at the nearby grocery store. There was also salt and pepper. "The property is spacious and very bright. The kitchen is well equipped, large and very functional. The two living rooms are very comfortable with one having access to a patio with lovely views and the other with a cosy fireplace. The bedrooms are very comfortable and again very bright with views across the countryside and garden. The garden is absolutely lovely with the ponds and stream running through the it. We saw lots of wildlife in the garden such as rabbits, deer, buzzards, coots, ducks,...
