It appears that we might have been the first to stay since listed as most of the items common to the house still had tags on them or in the boxes. The listing discription said it has a hot tub but it does not, that wasnt a deal breaker for us though. They might have just checked the wrong box by mistake when creating the listing. The master bath does have a deep soaker like tub however. App communication was good...

"It was a beautiful home well taken care of. Homeowner was a delight to work with. Tennessee had tornados the evening we were coming in and she text me told us to travel safely. We had a 9 hr drive ahead of us and we needed to have a place to sleep as we were coming in a 330am. She accomidated us so we could get some much needed rest. We will be back was a beautiful home. I will say to the property owner there may be rodents near or under the porch we kept hearing scratching sounds around that area.
