"Da vi ankom var der ingen i receptionen. Måtte bruge tid på at ringe til flere forskellige numre ingen vi fik kontakt og vi kunne komme ind. Vi havde bestilt et superior værelse. Værelset var iskoldt og vi måtte lade aircondition køre på max hele natten for at holde varmen. Hele hotellet var koldt. Toilettet var så lille, at når man sad på Toilettet kunne døren ikke lukkes. Badeværelset var meget lille og kold"

"Ìl personale gentile ,ma la camera e terribile puzzava e freddissima anche con il laria condizionata ,e stato un incubo per dua notte ,lacqua calda fonziona dopo un po di tempo che devi lasciarla andare ,non ho potuto fare la doccia per la camera troppo fredda ,le coperte sono 3 che pesano troppo ,comunque a parte come ho ho detto che il personale gentile ma non vale neanche per 20 euro e io ho pagato 60 euro per notte adesso sono in altro hotel a malago con tutto il confort con la collazione...
