Converted from a stone barn adjoining the owner's house, the Les Noisettes gîte welcomes you to a warm and inviting 76 m² space spread over two levels. The living area comprises an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, situated on a mezzanine level above a comfortable living room where a wood-burning stove invites you to cozy evenings in any season. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer sleeping arrangements suitable for stays with family or friends: the first has two single beds (90 cm), while the second has a double bed (140 cm). Two cots are also available. The bathroom includes a bathtub, and everyday amenities ensure a practical and pleasant stay: dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, television, DVD player, internet access, electric heating, and baby equipment. Outside, a terrace, a barbecue, and a private enclosed garden of 150 m² complete the property.

For electric cars, a flat fee of €10 per 50 kWh charge (small car) is charged, and €15 for larger vehicles.
Heating fee: €40 per week, €20 per weekend. Nestled between the rolling landscapes of Beaujolais and the rich heritage of Brionnais, this gîte is an ideal location for a relaxing and enriching stay.
