"First ever booking and guests to stay at this place, with no reviews, we were worried about it but turned out great! Debra and Victor are awesome hosts, taking time to pick us up and drop us off at bus station when we arrived in and departed from Oaxaca for day of dead festivities. They offered great advice on how to attend the festivities, must visit places, restaurants to eat at, etc. And since they are 10-15 minutes outside Oaxaca Centro, the shuttle system they offered worked great for our...

"Amazing location and great property. The courtyard is lovely and the property is spacious. We had 5 people (3 adults, 2 children) and had plenty of room. The bathroom water pressure & hot water was amazing (sounds like a small thing until you check out other plumbing in the area). We were there the week before Dia de Los Muertos, so it was loud,but we got used to it. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It was a great location (an easy 15 minute walk to the zocalo). We were greeted by the host on arrival and communication throughout the stay was easy. The house itself is clean and stunningly decorated with local handicrafts. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed leisurely mornings drinking our coffee around the large kitchen table. The house is even more lovely in real life than in pictures and listing was accurate, but one thing to be aware...
