"Our week at Casa Nicu was just what we had hoped for. This is a slightly rustic unit but is clean and has everything you need. Some of their other units are more modern but don’t have some of the character this one does. Werner was excellent at communicating all along and was waiting at our arrival. If we needed anything someone was there in minutes but they never intruded. My one suggestion was a couple of comfortable chairs to sit in for the evening and a few minutes later we had a couple of loungers that made it much more comfortable. If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel experience keep looking but if you like quiet rustic check this out."

"Everything was wonderful good location, convenient parking, clean, and very spadeful. the only things that need improvement are the carpets and the mattress which was leaning and not straight I did complain and seems they were aware of that. I hope they will replace them with new one."

"We arrived late in the evening. The front desk guy was not professional at all. Told us that we only made a reservation and did not pay for our stay, which was not true. Then proceeded to called someone else that told him that the expedia reservation was payed. After that he gave us a key to a room smaller that the one we booked. We went back to the front desk to ask for the room we pay for and he showed us the price that was displayed on the wall and that room was a studio which was way more than what we payed through expedia, so he wanted us to pay extra. I told him that was the price online, again he called someone else and finally we got the room we had pay for. Studios are nice and clean but the AC did not worked. In the morning, the receptionist was very nice and welcoming. "
