"Loved the teapot in the room and real teacups. The outside tables were full of empty glasses & plates the 1st evening I stayed. No tables were bussed. Why? Rarely was there anyone at Reception. Why? Appreciated notices in hallway to remind guests not to disturb others, to close doors quietly etc. Beds were comfy, sheets were good quality, nice pillows. Who thought a wood shelf around the bathroom sink was a good idea?! No noise from neighboring rooms was a pleasant surprise. Shower gel was...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice- particularly breakfast which was freshly cooked. The room was a bit tired but clean and the shower was very nice. It was quiet and in a really good location to visit Kew Gardens which were an easy 10 minute walk away. I felt the stay was very good value for money. "
