"My young child and I stayed here during a weekend visit to Cuernavaca. The hotel is very well decorated and close to El Centro. The room was very big, but basic, meaning I wish it had more, and I didn't have to ask for everything (i.e., iron, hair dryer, extra toilet paper and heavier blanket). The staff was very friendly, although not always at the front desk/lobby. The pool was nice and heated, but there are no loungers or even pool chairs, only cast-iron benches which are not comfortable or ideal for lounging by the pool. I think if I had my choice, sadly, I would not stay here again, as I do not believe it was worth the money."

"The hotel is in excellent location, near good restaurants and strores. It is also a few steps from the bus station to Mexcico City and Mexico Airport. The hotel is rustic but need to be better maintained."

"Si buscas un hotel limpio que cumpla con la función de dormir cumplirás tus expectativas, pero si buscas buena calidad en amenities o en comida, la verdad, deja mucho que desear. El desayuno estuvo extremadamente básico, pero eso es algo que caracteriza a esta cadena, así que, si quieres algo más que solo dormir, hay mejores opciones."
