"Avoid!!! I arrived at about 5:30 at night, had a booking confirmed for over a week and NOBODY WAS THERE! Rang the bell, messaged and tried to call several times - no reply! People from the shops below were even trying to help me contact them. Finally Expedia customer service helped find me another place to stay, which was thankfully nearby, nicer and less expensive.
