"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hotel is extremely well located right in the center of Bern close to the train station so transportation was easy. We had excellent service from Vera at the front desk. She was extremely friendly and went out of her way to tell us everything we needed to know right down to how to swim in the river safely. There are many special touches to the hotel lobby, including a great gathering space and even a free welcome drink. Loved our stay."

"The property, the people, the entire staff did a wonderful job. The Swiss people are testament of What good looks like. We never saw a single staff reading their cell phone at any time. The hotel is impeccable. The Swiss much like the Germans and the Austrians should be deployed to Latin America, Asia, and the Caribbean to really show people how to get the job done.
