"Make sure you watch out in the bathroom. I was on the 4th floor & the door stop right in front of the loo. To say I kicked my foot on it & thought I broke my toe!! Badly bruised. They were very apologetic. 2 free drinks!! But was leaving when they finally contacted me . They were going to offer something next time I am in Launceston, but I won’t as I live in WA . Disappointing from my point of view as I am still limping"
