Hello, the hotel was very bad because they don't allow smoking in the rooms and every day that I arrived at night the whole hallway smelled of cigarettes and in the room too. I told them that every night it smelled and that they should go up so they could smell it, but they didn't come up or listen to me. My husband suffers from asthma and he got very sick.

Únicamente que mi estadía fue por trabajo, y nuestro horario laboral en este caso fue nocturno, y pedimos que no se nos molestará durante el día,y al parecer no se les comunico al personal. Pero de allí en más, todo muy bien.

El hotel esta en remodelacion. Inicialmente llegamos y nuestra reservacion que fue hecha por expedia no la tenian registrada porque habia un problema entre el sistema del hotel y el sistema de expidia. Luego no llegaba al correo del hotel el RFC porque estaba lenta la conexion a internet y para remate el elevador no esta funcionando porque el hotel esta en remodelacion. El.desayuno tiene bastante variedad de alimentos pero las tazas de cafe estaban todas rotas
