"The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm. Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. But there is a problem: the kitchen workers do not speak English and it is quite difficult to explain your order. "This was the best place to stay in Mexico City! It was clean, modern, and most of all, I felt safe. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed the fact that there was an AC! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I am definitely picking this place when I come back!"

Fantastic hotel in the middle of everything

"Awesome hotel in the center of everything! Almost all the meeting spots for the tours we took were within walking distance. The free 24-7 cafe is a life-saver and the included sitdown breakfast is super yummy. Water on every floor is a nice touch, and finally the rooms are super comfy, nicely soundproofed and have good airconditioning - really important since it was pretty hot during our visit. Overall, a perfect stay."
