"We visited 3 VRBOs while in Costa Rica. This was the best of the 3. Very nice accomodation; quiet, private, well appointed. Samara is a relaxing, easy going town with a fantastic beach and easy drive from Liberia. Alex and Carol were very helpful in preparing us for our trip (first time in Costa Rica), Leonie, the property manager, took care of any concerns immediatly. Wish we would have stayed longer."

"Stayed here with 3 others and found the location to be very accommodating. The location fit our needs with respect to private parking, security, and location to the beach. We were also able to cook meals in the kitchen which added to the convenience. Avellanas is a great beach town and the beach was a short walk away. It was nice lounging around in the hammock and enjoying the scenery. I would gladly go back."

"This house is absolutely perfect for big families. Everyone has their private space while also having large common areas to share with each other. The “casita” is a plus of this rental. An independent 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment ideal for teenagers or a couple with kids. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach (about 200 yds) and great amenities (kayak, paddle board, boogie boards, bikes, board games, and more!) Definitely coming back. Great value for money."

"What an experience! If you are looking for a change from busy all inclusive resorts this is a great option. The unit is gorgeous. Spacious with a back yard with a pool overlooking the ocean. It is in a gated community which adds to the exclusiveness of the experience. The beach which is in walking distance is gorgeous with warm water and good size waves. "My family and I truly enjoyed this house. It is a bit of a trek up into the woods but so worth it. The house is very clean and fairly well appointed. It was very easy to communicate with the manager with regards to getting in and settled as well as recommendations in the area. We loved the Tiki Hut which is a short drive, on isolated and black sand Marbella Beach! The bedrooms are air conditioned and the open air house has constant breezes. "The villa is just as pictured. And I could literally live in the salt water pool. This home is away from sights, so I definitely suggest arranging a driver, as the roads are difficult to navigate. But this also gives you tranquility. The concierge Dani is absolutely wonderful. She planned the trip ahead of time with us and even helped us with a couple difficulties that arose. We also recommend booking a meal with their kind Chef Adrian."
