Excellent beach condo!

Our family of 5 had a great time here. The condo overlooks the ocean and the beach access is very convenient. The owners provided many beach chairs, nice beach towels, and the unit was clean and comfortable.

This condo has everything you can ask for. Great view, great seating, smart TV, full kitchen, pool that's 8 feet deep!, non-driveable beach. We will def. visit here again!

Fantastic views!

The condo was beautifully furnished. The view was fantastic. We wil certainly return in the future. The parking was the only problem during the weekend (holiday weekend).

FANTASTIC RELAXING GET-AWAY

What a comfortable condo! VERY clean & felt safe during COVID pandemic. 2nd floor, comfy bed and furniture in the condo and balcony. Lots of plates, utensils, towels, pots and pans. Would definitely come back & highly recommend.

Fun time!

Loved being here in September! This condo was perfect for our girls getaway! We had such a nice time relaxing and walking on the beach. The views are beautiful. The condo is easy to access from ground level being that it is on the second floor and near the stairs. We rarely ever used the elevator. This condo was the best!

return visit to New Smyrna Beach after 7 year hiatus

Condo unit and grounds wonderfully kept. Condo accommodated 7 family members easily. Beautiful views off 2nd floor balcony. Saw dolphins every morning. Short drive to local grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Longer drive to Orlando theme parks but a welcome relief from the hustle & bustle of the city.

Beautiful view, wonderful time!

Just got back from our stay in July 2017. First time staying at this property and it was great. The condo exceeded our expectations. The only drawback for my party was the size of the bathrooms. One guest had a walker and had difficulty getting in and out of the narrow doorways. Other than that we had a great time and will recommend to friends.

Wonderful Experience

My husband and I were in NSB for the 2nd time since November 2014. We were looking for a place to buy in the area. The condo was very conveniently located and nicely appointed. The furnishings were nice, the kitchen was equipped well. Lots of room. Elevator was conveniently located The view to the beach was awesome. I would have given it 5 stars,, but the guest bath shower needed some attention.

NSB on the Beach!

Great location. Liked the fact that there was a private entrance to the beach from the complex, but a lot of the time we went out, the gate was unlocked. Nice pool area. Condo was very comfortable for two couples. However, it wasn't quite as clean as we would have liked (we did some cleaning ourselves). Pretty well stocked with dishes, but the freezer didn't keep ice cream frozen. We did have an issue with the wi-fi, but we were able to resolve that with the owner. Overall, a nice vacation (if it hadn't been at the beginning of the Corona Virus pandemic).

The towel rack broke, we were shorted keys, and the freezer did it work for the first two days.

The rental company is not willing to accept responsibility for the issues with the property and is trying to charge us for things out of our control and reported to them on their check in sheet as required. We will never use this rental company again.

As described! We loved the easy access to the beach and the beautiful view from our balcony. fabul

This condo was super clean, (big priority for us) and well appointed. Very spacious, plenty of room. The kitchen was fully equip with every thing you need. It was nice having two full baths and the washer and dryer in condo!! We loved the balcony and used it a lot. The elevators made it super convenient to your car and bringing things up, be cause they have carts available to use for your personals or groceries. The pool was very nice and kept up well as the showers from the beach are right outside the gate on the private ramp to the beach. We enjoyed every eve after the beach in the pool. The beach is just steps away, quite and non busy side which made it nice to go in town ( just mins away) if you like but have the privacy of a secluded beach. Highly recommended, the company was super easy to work with ,loved it. It really felt like home they way the treated you and they way this place is decorated the owners have really made it a happy place .

Nicely equipped clean vacation condo

Our four week stay, four adults, was excellent. The unit is nicely equipped with the amenities, kitchen equipment, electronics, etc. to make a month long stay enjoyable. Furnishings are comfortable, Balcony furniture is comfortable, and the beach front view from the second floor unit is very nice. Upon arrival everything was clean and just as the instructions suggested. The only negative that could use attention is that there is not a second set of linens supplied for the beds, necessitating washing, drying etc. the same day. Additionally, the front door locks are on their last legs and could use replacement. At times, it was very difficult to access the unit due to the condition of the locking mechanisms. Overall, very good stay and we will consider again in the future.
