"arrived monday needed to spray ants monday nite, then when leaving to find my luggage and clothes full of ants! which i needed to wear home, was a big downfall, removing my clothes to shake off at airport, but still bitten during flight home, owise cabin staff and service was lovely, i feel i need some refund"

"Staff were fantastic. Site camping very tight. Not what we enjoy. Ok for a weekend stay but too cramped for longer stay . Facilities always kept clean and tidy . Permanent housing very run down and untidy . Needs to have tenants keep to a better standard . All holiday sites very well kept . "

"Beds and dishes were not adequately cleaned not sure if the sheets were actually cleaned before we rented our cabin. Some dishes were not clean. Stayed for 3 nights and only provided with 2 bin bags and 2 dishwashing tablets. No oven which I didn’t realise when booking. Apart from that it was a great weekend away "

"We stayed in a Jubilee Lodge for 9 days - 2 adults, plus our 5 year old and 1 year old. Everything was lovely before, during and after our stay. The apartment was clean and comfy. The soft play, the pool, the games room, were all fun. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, the staff were so helpful. Morning walks on the beach were restoring for the soul. Thank you North Star! "
