"If not for the extremely long and slow check in, I would rate this hotel with excellent. Took about 30-40 minutes to check in. Clerk answered my “Guten Tag” with Stay calm as he ignored me for several minutes. Otherwise everything was great. Rest of staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle was super convenient as was the on-site restaurant. Although the hotel is situated in an industrial area there’s a little nature park right across the street. Room was spacious and barrier free. "

"A very convenient hotel near the transport hub and allowed us to walk to the river and see some of the sights. Allowed us then to go into the old part of the city the next day and visit a museum. Staff were very helpful and nice. Room was comfortable and v clean"

"We stayed here for easy access to our flight on the next day. Check in was ok - staff not overly friendly, but ok. Nice restaurant, buffet and beer garden; so we didn't have to worry about finding for dinner or breakfast. Room was warm - weather was uncommonly warm and the A/C in the room did not cool very well. But we opened the window for air flow and it was doable. Was surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price."
