"Minerva is a helpful and attentive host, the house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's right between the main GC-2 road and the sea, but set back from the road and you can't hear the traffic over the sound of waves crashing on the rocks. The location shown by the Homeaway web site is misleading - the house is to the west of Banaderos and it's a 15 minute walk to get into the village where there are a couple of restaurants. "We had a late flight and did not get to apartment until just before 10pm but were met by Elena and her husband who gave the keys and explained how all of the appliance worked. They also replied promptly to any questions we had and also came round quickly with a new kettle when that broke. The apartment looked like it had been refitted recently and was clean and comfortable. For us as a couple it was just the right size. The swimming in the complex was nice but not heated."
