New holiday home with peaceful garden and sea view

In a quiet area, beautiful house renovated in 2020, all comfort of 150 m2 (furnished 4-star tourism classification: high-end) on a beautiful garden with sea view. 15 min walk from the beach (Portzic beach), 10 min from the center of Crozon (supermarket, farmers market, pharmacy) and 3 min by car from Morgat (port, beach, bars, restaurants, ....). Its large bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen, its 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and multiple outdoor relaxation areas will guarantee you a successful stay with family or friends !

This house can accommodate up to 8 people (also available for less people). You can find on the ground floor :
- A large living room opening onto a balcony with sea view
- A lounge area with TV and books available
- A new fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a juicer)
- A first bedroom (master suite) with a double bed (160x200) and a wardrobe overlooking a private bathroom with spacious shower
- A separate toilet

On the first floor is:
- A second bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and storage cupboard
- A third bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and storage cupboard
- A fourth bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and a chest of drawers
- A spacious bathroom with bath and shower
- A separate toilet

You can enjoy your moments of relaxation in the garden or on the 2 terraces, in the sun or in the shade depending on the time of day, thanks to the garden furniture at your disposal. A large flat space in the garden will allow the practice of outdoor sports.

You also have at your disposal a basement with a laundry room (washing machine as well as a dryer), plenty of storage space and a ping-pong table.

The house has a high speed WIFI connection and TV access to thematic channels and VOD.

The linen (sheets, towels and bath mat) will be provided during your stay and the beds will be made for your arrival !

Home with a view

Cosy villa in a quiet neighborhood directly in Crozon. Have been here two years in a row and felt at home from the first moment. Perfectly located to explore the shallow beaches nearby. House and interior feel very new and very well maintained, floor plan with 4 bedrooms (3 on the same floor) very practical for families. And the view on the bay of Morgat and coastline while preparing coffee is just stunning. On top a very friendly and responsive host - absolutely recommend!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Thomas La maison est très joliment décorée et en excellent état avec tout le nécessaire à disposition Le jardin est un plus , surtout avec un chien ! et la vue sur la mer pour parfaire le tout ... Le quartier est calme tout en étant proche du centre parfait !

Peaceful Home

Wir waren haben den Aufenthalt in Crozon sehr genossen. Das Haus hat das gehalten, was es versprochen hat. Das Haus war sehr sauber und an Ausstattung war alles vorhaben. Die Kommunikation mit Thomas verlief einwandfrei. Selbst als das Wetter nicht so gut war, konnte es mit der Tischtennisplatte in der Garage sehr gut aufgefangen werden.

The property is brilliantly equipped and very comfortable. We could not fault it. Well positioned for sailing, surfing and walking on the amazingly beautiful beaches. A perfect holiday home!!

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Thomas´ Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, sehr gut ausgestattet und einwandfrei gepflegt. Thomas war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Auch unsere Kinder (1,4 & 6) haben sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und vor allem den Garten sehr genossen.

Tres agreable pied a terre pour les vacances

Maison refaite totalement a neuf, au calme, tres agreable a vivre et proposee avec tout l'essentiel. Deja au moment de la reservation, le contact avec Thomas etait prometteur et tout du long il fut disponible, aidant et tres plaisant. Bonne literie, super pieces d'eau, vraiment rien a redire. A noter que jardin etant a l'arriere et en pente, l'acces depuis la cuisine n'est pas evident et nous n'y avons quasiment pas ete, mais nous avons fait bonne usage de la table dehors a l'avant au soleil!

Perfekte Urlaubsoase im Herzen von Crozon

Hier stimmte einfach alles: tolles, großzügiges Haus, lichtdurchflutet, mit einer Top-Ausstattung (von der Küche über die Bäder und den Meerblick bis hin zur TT-Platte im Keller). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und überaus freundlich. Wohlfühlen vom ersten Moment an! Und die Lage: eine ruhige Seitenstraße mitten in Crozon und das Haus mit einem großen Grunstück umgeben. Das Haus lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein, macht aber auch Lust auf vielfältige Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung, die so viel zu bieten hat! Perfekt für Familien! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Sommer!
