"Everything was really good, except for the fire alarm on Saturday night / Sunday Morning at 1AM. Service at breakfast was excellent, good friendly staff. Reception were really friendly and made us feel really welcome."

"I really enjoyed staying here, the staff were caring and accommodating, my room was nicely renovated (although small, but as a solo traveller was fine for me. Loved how they restocked my complimentary espresso and chocolate! One negative was I was right beside the emergency exit and I could see staff members taking breaks beside my window. I didn't let it bother me, but it affected my privacy "
