We had everything we needed, just needed some coaching with the water heater (which runs the radiators in the rooms), the fuse box and the dryer. There is a clothes drying rack (not an actual dryer machine) but a full load of laundry was dry the next morning. "The apartment is in a phenomenal location, close to the tube, restaurants, shopping area, bus routes, and various London landmarks. When we first arrived the apartment completely smelled of cigarette smoke, we tried to clean and open windows, but that did not get rid of the smell. "Excellent service. I had a superior 1 bedroom for family. Very clean. Sofa bed was already laid out when we arrived. Complimentary spring water in fridge. Enough towels for 4 people which is great. Check out time is 11am. Two t.v. Wi-Fi was good. Hair conditioner was provided. Leaving luggage at reception was great.
