"It was fantastic! Honestly I cannot fault it, the only thing I’d suggest is a thin mattress topper so that you can’t feel the buttons on the mattress. Staff were lovely, everything in the room you could want. I appreciated the little bottle of semi skimmed milk in the fridge, and bottles of water!"

In line with its charming character, stairs are steep to rooms and floorboards wonky, so not good for people with reduced mobility. The en-suite in the room was large, bed comfortable. Had dinner and breakfast, food is great. All staff are friendly and helpful, particularly Carlos who was brilliant. "

"Lovely staff, lovely room but total utter disaster of a stay!!! I’ve travelled ALOT! This has to be the worst room EVER!!!! What seemed like right on top of a karaoke bar! "For my personal needs it was further away from London city Centre than I would have liked, but that’s not the fault of the property. Otherwise great! Very safe and quiet, adorable neighborhood that made me feel like I was in a true English village. No A/C, but multiple fans provided. Utilized the laundry availability. I also accidentally left a bag of souvenirs behind and they were nice enough to keep watch for it, find it for me, give me a call and hold it for a friend to pick up. "
