"Great for kids. My kids loved the big bedroom with the bunk beds and loft bed. Grill wasn’t the best but I luckily brought my own. The tap water wasn’t drinkable. Those are small gripes for the price though. Overall a great stay."

"We can not say enough wonderful things about our stay. Brian was there to meet us and do a walk though of the property and even helped us out with local places to go. He is a gem! Although it rained it was absolutely perfect. The yard gave our pups a place to run free but there was also cute areas to walk them all around the area. The views of the water are incredible. Just sad it was too cold to jump in... maybe next time. October was the perfect time to see all the leaves changing and breathe...

"Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin on private Sunrise lake. We enjoyed floating on rafts, kayaking, dinners on the deck, and sitting around the fire pit at night. Three bedrooms with queen beds, and one bunk room accommodated our large family well. The host was very responsive when we had questions even on the Fourth of July!"

"We had a large group of 18 with age ranges from 6 months to 85. This property was perfect and had something for everyone. The location was easy to find and absolutely gorgeous. The property had plenty of water toys, the game room was great! Could not have asked for a better host, so attentive with and a Great personality. We will definitely stay here again!"

"This cabin is very cute and was very clean. Almost everything we needed was provided at the home and we appreciated so much wood for the firepit, which we used constantly due to how cold it was. Had to pick up charcoal, but it was an easy 15 minute drive to town for this. Sadly, the staircase to the lake is not described well enough. It seemed to be one long stair case down, when actually, its 3 very long staircases and crossing a small street. Its not an easy or short distance. The area is...

"I wish there was firewood provided, even at an extra cost. It was impossible for us to get firewood with our motorcycles. Overall a great place."

"I would rent this many more times! This was a perfect getaway, the use of the boats were so fun for my kids and I. I loved that it was a home away from home. The host was quick to respond and the property is beautiful! I didn't want to leave, but i look forward to renting this again over the summer and taking my kids here. "Had a nice getaway with my family in the Cozy Cub Cabin. Quiet street, cabin was clean and kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. My daughter enjoyed soaking in the hot tub while my wife and I relaxed by the fire pit. Would definitely return next time we're in the area"

"We just loved this cabin! Very clean and lovely, everything you'd need is available. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the porch overlooking the lake. Stargazing from the dock was amazing and the firepit is so close and handy from the cabin. Having kayaks at our disposal was a wonderful perk as well. I must say, my new favorite bird call is the loon. We heard them every night and morning, they sound forlorn yet beautiful. A pair of them seemed to follow us around in our kayaks....

"Lovely home; well appointed. Hot tub was fun as were all of the outdoor sitting areas. Views of the mountains were lovely and owners provided towels and robes for the hot tub. If you need to rent kayaks to use on Lake George, it is a bit of a drive to get to a place to rent them such that you need to plan ahead for that."

"When I read the other reviews I was hesitant to book but don’t let someone else’s opinion deter you! The place was cute and cozy and clean. We floated on the lake and had fires at night. The neighbors were so friendly! Our dog loved it too! I have already recommended this property to my cousin who is planning a trip to VT in October."
