"The airport shuttle only runs from 6am-11:30am and then from 3m to 11pm. It only provides a ride to the airport during those hours. Our flight early morning at 6am and was outside of those hours. We needed to get there by 4am and return the rental car also. So, that didn't help having an airport shuttle. Breakfast was from 6am too. So that didn't become useful too. So the reason we picked this hotel was for those amenities and wasn't useful at all. TV remote was broken too."

"The property was fine but check in was terrible because EXPEDIA DID NOT UPDATE MY RESERVATION CHANGE. I worked with Khushi in your customer service to move a reservation, paid an additional fee and they DID NOT make the change in the system so the Doubletree did not have my reservation it took about an hour to get it straight but fortunately they were very helpful and I did not have to pay for the room again."

"The hotel is very comfortable and is close to IAH and to Guanatos, an excellent Mexican restaurant. For pick up in the evening you must call for the shuttle which is a bit of a hassle if you don't have roaming for the US. And if course the pay phones have long since been removed from the airport."

"The property was well maintained, modern and clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from. The only complaint I have that the pillows verge too flat and hard, otherwise, I would stay there again."
