They were sure they met him quickly at the airport. So he would have his ID and wallet."

I worked with Khushi in your customer service to move a reservation, paid an additional fee and they DID NOT make the change in the system so the Doubletree did not have my reservation it took about an hour to get it straight but fortunately they were very helpful and I did not have to pay for the room again."
