Relax in a space that’s simple, comfortable, and easy to enjoy. With clean finishes and convenient access to resort-style amenities, Unit 820 offers a laid-back home base for your Up North getaway—whether you're boating on the Whitefish Chain, golfing nearby, or soaking up the sun on the beach.

PET POLICY
-Unit 820 is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $35 per day. Max 1 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Please note, this is a shared community and respect to other guests renting the other units is required.
