"Great property lots of beds. Great social room well stocked kitchen area. Great location within Kinsale. 1 towel person. Parking was a chore each evening, on street parking with no reserved parking. No electric dryer machine, makes drying cloths a challenge. Not a fan of owners tone within their communications. "

"We had a great stay here, it was easy to get to, good location and was decently stocked for our needs. The only hiccup was we needed an extra mirror for us ladies to all get ready together but that is not a major deal. We would definitely rent here again!"

" We were met on arrival with a fabulous basket full of treats and luxury . Fresh milk and local produce to be found in our fridge.We had a lovely stay at Belmont House. The property is exactly as reflected in the photo's. The location is perfect.There is an amazing bakery near by which produced splendid sausage rolls and other bits and bob's.I would definitely recommend this property and will most likely return at some point in the future.Thank you to our lovely hosts."

"This house is incredible with all the modern finishes which would rival those of a hotel based self-catering option. The hosts were very accommodating and proactive with communicating picking up the key's double-checking sleep arrangements to make sure we were all covered. The location was beneficial, close to the Lusitania museum and nearby pub and beach, while only a short drive to Kinsale. Highly recommended. "The house was nice and quiet. It was advertised with a view of the ocean, however the hedge was so tall it was not possible to see over it for the view. In addition, the house could use a few basic instructions on the switches, stove, washer/dryer, etc readily available, in addition it would be nice to have a few more hand towels and hooks so guests can hang them to dry. Overall the place was a solid performer, lots of room to spread out; not walkable to a town but a short curvy drive in."

"Modern with lots of fun, campy touches. They gave us sweet fruity shots at check in. The rooms are like modern vacation cabins with board and batten walls, there’s a turntable with a few classic rock LP’s and a little Marshal amp, an orange Smeg mini fridge, an old classic black dial telephone on the wall. The bed is comfortable, all white with good duvet. Bathroom is spacious with good amount of counter space. We really like this place and are glad we didn’t get the staid traditional hotel we almost got. "

"The staff was AMAZING… the Bellevue spa Was LOVELY and we travelled with our 3 year old (we are a mid 30s couple from Boston) and she LOVED the pool. The staff would bring everything right away no matter what you called and asked for, extra towels, espresso pods, robes- you name it!! They were all so kind, pleasant, and helpful… I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE who tells me that they are coming to Cork. The only caveat would be that they don’t let kids in the pool past 6pm, children aren’t allowed in the terrace outdoor bar (which is a super bummer bc most of the seating is outdoors with breathtaking views) and children aren’t allowed in the theater. Definitely not the most child friendly place, but that is my only complaint"
