"This property is centrally located in Nexton. Our check-in was delayed by 30 mins due to cleaners still at the property. Parking is a real challenge as it is a large apartment complex. The unit is on the ground floor with an outside door. Traffic noise can be heard inside during peak travel times and when cars race down the main road behind the complex. "Bed was broken. We weren’t told about it. I messaged owner and let her know. She told me that it was done by the previous renter and she had a new one coming the day after we left. 2 days later I get a message that we were being charged $600 for “damaged linen & a broken seal”.
