"A really well situated property for what we needed, a short walk to the seafront and local amenities. two large bedrooms, one with a double, one with two singles and the third bedroom with bunk beds, we were pleasantly surprised that the house has three toilets, one in the main bathroom, one on its own and one attached to the double bedroom, kitchen was well equipped, and there is a nice comfortable lounge area, very reasonably priced. A really enjoyable stay. There is one parking space at rear of the property, but its a small area to access, but very welcome as it's a small town and parking is limited, but if you have more than one car you may be lucky and get parked on the street."

"I booked a garden room which I thought should look over the garden but it didn’t it look over a wall one way and a back yard the other right next to the laundry room all you could hear was the washing machines and dryer. It was a same was a garden room at all. The pool was very cold."

"There aren't enough words to say how glorious Shrimp Cottage is, everything was such a high specification, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything had been thought of and provided and so many lovely touches. The host Paula kept us well informed. Cottage is really close to the car park and the town. A perfect stay, even the sun shined. "

"The only thing I have not rated as excellent is 'comfort and equipment', because it is a bit dated. But otherwise really lovely, and the view from the 'octagon tower' windows is brilliant. Very spacious, private parking and right facing the sea. Helpful owner too."

"Lovely and comfortable, beds really comfortable, nicely decorated, good view from window. Welcome pack included tea , milk and biscuits, and a bottle of red wine, which we did not drink as we prefer white. Will come again next year. Wall behind the toilet needs looking at, it would be good to have instructions for oven and what to put in the bins. We love Cromer and have been coming here for many years."

"Surf Cottage exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything one might need and was well designed. The cottage was very spacious and tastefully furnished throughout. The outdoor courtyard area to sit in was an added bonus. Great position with shops, pubs, eateries and the sea front right on the doorstep. I would love to return for another stay. Thanks too for the Welcome Gift goodies, Richard and Fran."
