"Parsa was FANTASTIC! He was extremely helpful with explaining directions, where to dine, how to get from one place to another, & attractions what to be aware of and more 😊. He was very professional, courteous & took time talking to us. A great asset to the hotel. The hotel is very close to Gail’s Bakery plus others for breakfast & a yummy Italian restaurant 3 doors down for lunch or dinner. A Tesco is 5 minutes away where u can purchase grocery items & prices are fair. Super location😃"

"Ok so it was in the right location for the activity we were taking part in. I can’t say anything about the outer rooms however our room was at the top of the hotel very hot and stuffy with only a roof window to open. Room above a fast food outlet open till 2:00am. Window had to be open to cool the room a fan was supplied but that was more noisy than the fast food out let. Also as the window had to be open due to the time year we stayed, we were woken early by the light. "

"The GWHH was a convenient an economical stay. The owners are working on improvements, which are needed. The rooms are basic but servicable. Convenient shuttle to and from LGW. Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to town, restaurants, grocery and train station. We daytripped to London snd Brighton, seeing many popular sights and escaping the throngs at night. Loved Lunch at ShiRaZ. Quiz night at The Tavern. "

"Staff were exceptionally accomodating. Answered all of our questions about the area. Conveniently located, short walk to Pimlico Tube station and reasonable walk to Victoria station. Walking distance to all the major attractions in Westminister. Room was small, as expected in London. The coffee and pastries in the morning were a bonus. Absolutely nothing bad to say about the hotel or staff."

"I would stay here once again if I returned to London! The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy overall. The breakfast cafe had good options for what I needed/wanted. The location was also convenient. You are not far walking distance from the London Bridge underground station. Along the walk you will also find dining options and pubs. No complaints at all! "

"The interior of the apartment was clean and well presented, with a well supplied kitchen, despite the buildings scruffy exterior. The issue we had was that both beds did not have double mattresses but two singles with a small gap which made sleeping uncomfortable. "
