"Beautiful and charming 1930’s Spanish Colonial walking distance to downtown with many original features and furniture. This historical home was gorgeous and we loved seeing the picture of the original owners hanging in the dining room. "The home is warmly appointed, and the owners are very nice. The location was wonderful for our purposes of attending the high school graduation next door, and having a food store across the street was a big plus as well. Only two things were a negative for us: there are 32 concrete stairs to negotiate to the front door (we had a 4 yr old child and an 80 yr person to assist) and one bathroom makes a loud clunking noise when the toilet is flushed.
