10/10 Excellent

"Loved the location and neighborhood. Charming and characterful apartment with exposed wooden ceiling beams and French windows opening onto Juliet balconies. There is washing machine but no tumble dryer in this apartment. There is a safe to lock away passports etc which is handy . Overall, great stay and highly recommended."

"Definitely good for the price. Spacious clean rooms. Nice sloppy with snacks that could be bought anytime in a small restaurant a good food. The shuttle is awesome. We had a bit of an issue with our shower and the coffee of the room was not well supplied. The only other issue we had was a check-in. There was a line with 1 person working in the desk. There were two other people doing things at the desk and never volunteered to help. the people in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience. Would definitely stay there again for an early flight out of Charles to call."

"Location was great if you are heading to Disney, they have a free shuttle that runs through out the day. Parking was 15 euro each day. The facility overall looks nice with great landscape , reception area was cleaned. For the value, it seems fair. The rooms are smaller. We had a room with a kitchenette, there wasn’t much room for a family of 4 to move around. The sofa bed can fit one average side kid comfortable, bigger than a twin but smaller than a double. The breakfast buffet was great, a lot of variety… probably the most options during our France trip. Pool was nice; we didn’t get a chance to use the steam or sauna but it looked great. Staff were average, not too friendly but not rude. They get the job done. They don’t seem happy working there. During busy time, they seem to be a bit understaffed: at breakfast and 8-10 pm- long wait times, and team members seem agitated. As far as the cleanliness, they don’t properly clean the room as well as I would have liked. There were stains on the toilets, lipstick stains on the glasses, molds along the gout of the showers. Bathroom shower floors were stained, different amenities that they had also have stains. Overall, I may consider staying there again because the area does not have many great options."

"Located within an easy walk of several metro stations, this was a great place for us to stay during a few nights in Paris. We were there during the heat wave so the air-conditioning was a nice break in the middle of the day for us if that’s something that is important to you. Staff was helpful. The patio areas are welcoming. It was a good day."
